Colosseo
This is probably the most famous monument of all times, and definitively the one that represents Rome in the world.
It was built in the year 79 ac and was designed to hold 50,000 spectators, and it had approximately eighty entrances so crowds could arrive and leave easily and quickly.
The neighborhood, called Monti, today is both a very touristic area and also a residential one, with a lot of small and quiet streets and many bars and restaurants, as well as designer shops that make this area one of the favorites both for locals and for foreigners.
Many things to see walking around this neighborhood, the Roman Forum (breathtaking!!!) and of course the Colosseum, from here you can walk to Piazza Venezia (aprox 15 minutes).
