Reservation policy Please send us a request, generic (by date, number of people or area) or specific (one particular apartment) and we’ll get back to you with the availability and price of the requested one and a couple of similar apartments . Once you make a decision, we will send you a booking form that you have to fill out and fax back with a credit card number, bank wire receipt, PayPal transaction number or Western Union money order number for the down payment (30% of the total amount), the rest is upon arrival. If payment is made with credit card, there is an extra 4% commission (that is what the card company charges us); the balance is in cash upon arrival. For rentals up to three weeks, utilities are included in most cases, for the apartments that are not included, we will let you know before sending the form, in those cases, we will read the meters upon arrival and departure, so you only pay for what you use. For rentals longer than three weeks, utilities are not included and estimated reading the meters upon arrival and departure. Everything else is included, unless arrival or departure are outside of our normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, in that case, please be aware that there is an extra charge or € 25 each time.

Cancellation policies Part payment is always lost. If cancellation is less than 2 weeks before arrival, 20% of the balance will be charged unless a re-sale is possible. If cancelled more than two weeks before arrival, there will be no extra charge unless prior agreed (for es. High season reservations such as Christmas, Easter or holiday period).
