The apartment on the Via de Giubbonari was wonderful!
The apartment on the Via de Giubbonari was wonderful! It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. You were a great help the night we arrived in Rome staying late to make sure that we knew how everything worked. You even arranged for a driver to and from the airport. We loved the movies on hand, the tour books that were at the apartment, the balcony, and that washing machine made our eight day stay all that more pleasant. Thanks you again for a wonderful visit.

My experience with Rome Rents
There is a famous inscription in T-shirts along all Europe that says: “Heaven is where the cookers are French, all is organized by Germans, lovers are Italians, etc… And Hell is where the cookers are British, the lovers are Germans, and all is organized by the Italians” End of story.
It was not my experience with Rome Rents. In my dealing with them, everything was great and EXTREMELY WELL ORGANIZED. The owner, Cristiana Dolce, offered me a personalized service in all stages: before, during and after my visit to Rome.
I want to thank her and her team, because they solved all my lodge issues in Rome.

Now it is the time to said good buy and to thank you for ther excllent services and help you gave us every time we needed it. Everything went smoothly from working up the rental agreement by email and Fax from Jerusalem through help with carrying the luggage to the apartment when we arrived there. The Limo pick up from the airport you arranged for us was a real treat. We got the apartment in a very good shape clean and well equipped. Few things that were missing or we needed as extra you supplied them without delay. The apartment it self is superb and its location in Rome is difficult to bit. Based on this experience everytime we will come to Rome for a visit or work we will approach you for renting this or similar apratment.

My wife, two daughters and I took an apartment on Via dei Giubbonari in April, 2006.
The apartment was clean, well equipped, and exactly as photographed and described in the RomeRents web page. We were met at the Rome airport and taken to the apartment on a Sunday noon; this is not easy to arrange in Rome. Ms. Dolce was at the apartment waiting for us and helped us to get oriented . She did not ask us to pay the balance of our apartment cost that day, perhaps realizing that we were tired from an overnight flight. Ms. Dolce also told us about (and got us --tickets to) the Rome/Palermo football match at the Olympic Stadium during the week. This was great fun. She handled our arrangements back to the airport on the day we left.
The arrangements were seamless, and Ms. Dolce made it this way. She is gracious and efficient. We have already told our friends about this excellent service, and look forward to visiting Rome again, with the aid of RomeRents.

Thank you, Cristiana, for everything you did to help me plan for our trip to Rome. It's not easy arranging an Italian adventure for ten people, but your help was invaluable. Everyone was happy! The two apartments in Campo d'Fiori were ideal, very comfortable and in an absolutely perfect location. Very convenient and fun. We all loved it. My favorite part was the single room in the penthouse...from its private little terrace you can see the dome of St. Peter's at night - very romantic! So Rome! We will always remember our day in Pompeii, with the driver and guide who made the trip so memorable. And the Pompeii guide was fabulous (Alfonso, for future reference). Even the drivers who picked up our two parties from the airport were great - right down to returning a few hours later with the passport that my friend left behind. Even your restaurant recommendation was great. You obviously love Rome and know it well and go out of your way to be sure that your guests can relax and enjoy their visit. Again, thanks. When I return (and it is a when, not an if) I will be sure to contact you again. I hope that you have a busy summer season!

We would just like to say thank you for a lovely holiday in the apartment on Via Guibbonari in Rome.
It was a very exciting time with a new pope and a change of government. Even more exciting was our flight back – but your taxi driver was very helpful taking us 1st to Ciampino (which was closed do to the new pope’s 1st service on the Sunday) but then taking us round to Leonardo da Vinci in plenty of time.
We will certainly recommend the apartment to any friends intending to stay in Rome.
