Hello Cristiana,
I am home after the holiday now, miraculously unaffected by the volcano which has just stopped some flights out of London. Luckily I left on Friday!
I just want to thank you for you help in arranging the Vicolo delle Vacche apartment. This worked out very well for us and we loved both the place and the location which, as I knew it would be, was perfect for us and what we did. Everything was great and a highlight amongst others the bike riding on the Via Appia Antica after which we saw the Caravaggio show and had dinner with local friends.

We are finally back in London after an extra (unexpected!) week in Rome. Thank you so much for the wonderful apartment near Campo de Fiori. It was even better than we expected and in a great location. We especially thank you for helping us find such a wonderful room (we never thought we'd stay in a 1267 tower!) for a great price after our flight was cancelled due to the volcanic ash incident. We are so grateful that you helped us find such an extraordinary room, especially given that our request was totally last minute and at the close of business on a Friday! My father and I were extremely impressed by the two places we rented from you and your assistance. We will definitely be contacting you when we return to Rome in the future.

Cristiana,

We had a wonderful time in Rome and MP Tours made it a very special trip. Not only did we get to see some of the major sites but we also learned the history and folk lore behind the neighborhoods we visited. We love to walk and we love the flexibility that MP Tours offers. We can go at our own pace, stop to explore neighborhoods, shop, stop for coffee, etc. It's like having a private tour guide! We also enjoy the different "personalities" of the tour guides. This made the tours even more interesting and fun.
We also found that we would not have explored some of the neighborhoods and sites on our own without the assistance of MP Tours. Trastevere, for example, was hardly even mentioned in some of our guidebooks, yet it was our favorite neighborhood. We even went back another day to have dinner at Spirito de Vino!
We are looking forward to your adding more cities to your tour site!

Cristiana, My family and I had a wonderful stay last month in Rome. We rented rm 104 at 97 Via de Giubbonari. The appartment was all we expected and more. The terraces were beautiful, the rooms were clean and the local was great.
I have only two suggestion, another set of towels per guest (we were there for eight nights), and bottom and top sheets for the single beds. All in all we had a grand time. We would definetly plan to rent through Rome Rents in 2011 when we return.

We are back home in Los Angeles now, and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your apartment in Rome. It was very well equipped, quite comfortable --especially the beds-- and of course in a very convenient location, close to everything. Best of all however, were the spacious rooftop terraces overlooking the city. We loved them. I'm attaching a photo made from terrace.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment at via Crispi was amazing.
I'm sure we confused Arnaldo upon our arrival. When my wife, Suzanne, and I arrived on the afternoon of 18/12 my sister and her two (adult) children were supposed to be there along with a friend, Brenda, who was arriving in Rome on the same day. Well, my sister's flight from Boston was cancelled and then her daughter went into hospital. My niece is fine now, but they never came to Italy.
We were sad for them. Heartbroken. But Suzanne and I decided that we would have a good holiday despite our missing family. We had a wonderful time in Rome and the apartment was magnificent, (maybe some bigger towels?).
We so much enjoyed the apartment that we are recommending it to friends who are planning on visiting Rome this Summer.They are a family of six, two adults and four children, so I think the apartment works perfectly for them.

We had a very positive experience with Rome Rents.

The booking process was speedy and efficient, especially compared with our dealings with another company.  The staff were very helpful and found us suitable alternatives when our first preference was not available.
The airport transfer was great.
The appartment in Via de Giubbonari was wonderful decor and accommodation. The photograph on the website does not do it justice. 
The location was very central - being in Campo dei Fiori it was lively at night but you could always take and ear plug.  Everything was within walking distance. We would particularly recommend the Trattoria Balastare near the Campo dei Fiori.

My mother described it as "Superb". Overall it was excellent value for money and we would certainly use Rome Rents again.

Hi Cristiana,
I just really want to thank you for renting the apartment to us, for settling that question I had on paying for the electricity and in general for making our stay in Rome exceptional.  Everything was so clean and fresh, the apartment was so close to Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navonna, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain...  we even walked to the Colloseum and Forum area from where we were!  And every night was really wonderful.  We'd come back from a day of sightseeing to go have dinner in the piazza or go down to the meat, cheese and bread shop on the corner of Campo di Fiori and bring back all sorts of things to the apartment!   And it was just so nice to be able to stretch out there.  The two bedroom, two bath with living room/dining room/kitchen combination was just so roomy.  It was just so wonderful as well as being able to open the windows and look out onto Via Giubbonari and see all the activity (which we could see, but were far enough up not to hear).   We never got a chance to cook in the apartment (surrounded by so many restaurants, delis, coffee shops and pizza places, who wants to cook?), but it was obvious that the kitchen was well-stocked to allow for cooking.  And the binders with all the previous guest recommendations and directions to groceries, internet points, atms, bus lines, shuttles was really a great idea and a very helpful resource!

And even on checkout, the person who came to collect our keys was very much on time (to the minute!).  So, thank you, thank you, thank you!  We had a really wonderful time in Rome and completely loved the apartment.  At some point, we do want to come back and rent from you again if the apartment was available.  Even now, almost 3 weeks later, I still think about Rome, the apartment and all the wonderful times.  Thanks again for helping to make our family vacation the best ever!!  I can't thank you enough!

Dear Cristiana,
I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful time we had in Rome staying at Via de Giubbonari for four days at Easter.
The apartment was perfect for all three generations of my family, my parents who are in their seventies (the lift was very welcome for them after a long days walking) used the bedroom with en-suite bathroom, my children (Sarah 15 and Tom 12) had the single beds and my wife and I had the very comfortable sofa bed. We loved the décor and the level of cleanliness and equipment was very high.
The apartment, positioned at is in the historical centre was ideal for visiting all the sites which are in comfortable walking distance. Best of all, are all the restaurants literally on the door step, we ate out every night and had great food and service everywhere. The food shops and the market on the Campo de' Fiori supplied superb picnic lunches.
I'd like to thank you for arranging everything so smoothly for us, the airport transfers you arranged made that part of our journey a great pleasure, one driver took us via all the Roman roads and catacombs, the other gave us a great display of Roman driving! Meeting us at the apartment and responding to emails so promptly was very reassuring and professional.
Our holiday in Rome was a gift for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary and it was made all the more memorable thanks to your help.
I hope it will not be more than twenty years before we are back in Rome again.
